Hear the Sound of All Things British – Visit Britain

Do you want to visit the famous Stonehenge, Big Ben, or take one-of-a-kind pictures at the Horse Guard Parade? Seeing, or let’s say hearing, Britain has just become easier. A brand-new tourism campaign has created a fun and innovative video that allows travelers to experience all things British through sound.

Have you already seen the video? The fun, charming ad shows us some of the most popular landmarks, people and experiences that Great Britain has to offer. Visitors at Visit Britain, the tourism brand, responsible for the video, can not only see legendary locations like London’s The Goring, the hotel Kate Midleton stayed at the night before her wedding to Prince William, Stonehenge in Wiltshire, Arthur’s Seat in Edinburgh, but also to create their personalized advert and itinerary for their trip to Britain through the interactive online version of the ad. You can create your perfect British day’s soundtrack, using Rudimental’s “Feel The Love” and mixing it with the sounds of tea pouring in your cup, Stonehendge’s atmosphere, fireworks, Darthmouth Steam Train, the spirit at LoveBox festival and many others. Meet the Queen’s Guard or enjoy the carnival fever at Hotting Hill, you can compile your own mix, representing all things British.

The “Sounds of GREAT Britain” initiative is of course free and invites people from all around the world to “hear” and plunge into the true British atmosphere, allowing them to make their own online journey. So, take the first step and explore Britain through sound for a fun and more personal trip next season.
